Developer Portal adds APIs for Agent and Contact Data Groups
This release expands the Developer Portal’s WFM API catalog with two new historical ACD data related APIs. Developers can now search and retrieve Agent Data Groups and Contact Data Groups that match selected criteria, making it easier to access key workforce data for forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and automation workflows.
