Faster forecasting and improved schedule editing

This release makes forecasting and schedule editing faster to understand and easier to use, with a new side-by-side forecast comparison view, expanded access for regular users to view and edit schedules, and a more guided editing experience that reduces misclicks and pre-fills more accurate activity times, plus overall performance improvements and minor fixes.
