Retrieve and update employee time-off balances in real-time, and pull detailed daily activity schedules to track hours worked. Now GDPR-compliant and expanding globally— available in the UK in December 2025, and the EU and Canada in February 2026.

  • Personal Account Balance — Update employee time-off balance values in Cloud WFM based on the latest values from your HRIS system for specified dates and selected employees.

  • Schedule Time Period Resolution — Retrieve employee daily activities with start and end times from Cloud WFM to determine employee hours worked throughout the day.
