Improved template management, enhanced user deletion, and expanded auditing
This February 2026 release adds Inbound Voice Worktype templates in Alvaria Cloud View, improves user deletion with Active Directory synchronization, expands BUI auditing with enhanced change tracking and preserved timestamps across CXP upgrades, and resolves many WCAG 2.1 compliance items.
