- Integration of speech and desktop analytics, multichannel services, and social customer care separated Aspect from the competition
Aspect Software, a leading provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization, back-office and award-winning Cloud solutions, today announced that it has been named a Star Performer by Speech Technology Magazine. Several significant product launches this year solidified Aspect’s position as a Star Performer including Aspect Mentor for Real-Time Speech Analytics and Voxeo CXP Pro 14. Aspect Mentor for Real-Time Speech Analytics uses speech detection to monitor conversations in contact centers, and transmits alerts and guidance notifications to agents and supervisors based on the customer conversation. Aspect’s Voxeo CXP Pro 14 is a life-cycle management platform that encompasses IVR platform Prophecy 14, creating a comprehensive software platform to build, deploy, manage and analyze customer self-service applications across multiple channels, including IVR, interactive text, mobile Web, and social media.
“Aspect is continuously evolving to better meet the needs of our customers. In recent months we’ve enhanced or launched new products with speech technology capabilities that deliver high impact improvements in customer experience and contact center management and performance," said John Amein, vice president of product management at Aspect. “We’re honored to be recognized by Speech Technology magazine as a Star Performer. The award validates that Aspect is delivering on its mission to make it easy for our customers to engage with their customers.”
The Speech Industry Awards reveal some of the hottest industry developments. The most notable advancements are in various speech-enabled mobile applications (such as voice biometrics, visual IVR, wearables, and mobile voice search), as well as natural language and analytics technologies.
