- Aspect improves position as premier cloud solution provider with addition of recognized technology leader

Aspect Software, a leading provider of fully-integrated call center software, workforce optimization, and back-office and award-winning cloud solutions, today announced the appointment of Joe Gagnon to Senior Vice President and General Manager Cloud Solutions. Gagnon’s 30 years of business strategy and cloud technology experience will help Aspect expand the company’s cloud contact center capabilities by building on the success of the Voxeo and Qivox acquisitions, the recent launch of Aspect SaaS contact center solution, Zipwire, and the new affiliate partnership with LiveVox.
Most recently, Gagnon served as President and COO of Penn Foster, one of the largest online schools in the U.S. Under his leadership the 300-agent contact center delivered new models for student sales and support that lowered costs while increasing conversion and revenue year over year. Prior to that, Gagnon was President of e-Dialog, a global integrated digital marketing solutions company, now a subsidiary of eBay and earlier as CEO of cloud contact center service provider, Exit41.
