As part of our continued innovation with Aspect Intelligence, this release introduces new enhancements designed to help teams gain clearer visibility, plan further ahead, and connect forecasting into existing workforce operations.
A more complete view of your forecasts
With the new Forecast Comparison experience in Cloud Workforce, teams can now view AI forecasts, classic forecasts, and actuals together in a single chart — making it easier to evaluate trends and share planning context across the organization. This helps teams:
- Compare forecasting approaches side by side
- Better understand trends and patterns
- Share planning insights more easily with stakeholders
Extending your planning horizon
To support longer-range planning, AI-powered forecasts are now available up to 10 weeks out in the new Cloud Workforce experience, extending beyond the previous 4-week range.
This gives teams more flexibility to align staffing strategies with operational timelines and prepare earlier for upcoming demand.
From forecasting into execution
This release also introduces a new Supervisor Schedule Editor designed to simplify day-to-day schedule management. With a modern drag-and-drop experience, supervisors can quickly adjust shifts, respond to changing staffing needs, and manage schedules from a single place.
This helps teams:
- Reduce time spent making schedule updates
- Respond more quickly to operational changes
- Keep schedules aligned with forecasts more efficiently
Making forecasting data easier to access
This release also introduces new Forecasting REST API's in the Aspect Developer Portal, making it easier to search and retrieve forecasting data directly from Aspect Workforce into tools like Cinareo’s capacity planning solution or other systems teams already use.. This allows you to:
- Access forecasting data programmatically
- Bring forecasting insights into planning and reporting workflows
- Reduce manual steps between forecasting and operational planning
Ongoing improvements across the platform
We’re also continuing to strengthen the platform with updates that support usability, accessibility, and trust. This includes masking contact numbers in Aspect Quality to better protect sensitive information, along with continued progress toward WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards across WEM.
