Ken is responsible for Aspect’s Professional Services’ processes, people and knowledge across the organization as well as leading the launch of Aspect’s new and enhanced service delivery framework designed to create greater client empowerment and to deliver remarkable and memorable end customer experiences.

Ken began his career in operations and marketing at Bell Atlantic and has advised communications clients for the past 18 years as a Partner at IBM and Waterstone Management Group as well as stints at Deloitte and Gemini Consulting.

Ken holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Hampton University in Virginia and an MBA in Management and Strategy, and Finance, from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
