Aspect Software’s cloud-based contact centre platform, Aspect Zipwire, has been shortlisted by independent cloud experts for the Most Innovative SMB Cloud Product of the Year category at this year’s UK Cloud Awards.
Established by Cloud Industry Forum (CIF) and Cloud Pro, the UK Cloud Awards will announce the winner on 12th April at a special ceremony in London, designed to celebrate the best cloud computing products, projects and providers from the UK cloud industry.
