Aspect Software and MYCOM announce partner agreement for the D-A-CH region

Leading customer contact specialist Aspect Software has announced a partnership agreement with MYCOM AG, a German provider of CRM software solutions for contact and service centers. Under the terms of the agreement, signed at the German trade show CCW 2014 in Berlin, both companies will work together to develop new business and build on existing projects in the D-A-CH region.

MYCOM AG is specialised on developing multichannel software solutions for contact centers. MYKENE, a software suite provided by MYCOM, is a highly-flexible, modular-built system that comprehensively maps all contact centre processes in a unified agent desktop. 

“The MYKENE CRM software suite combines compelling functionality and usability. It enables analysis of the customer history across all channels and ideally complements our solutions”, said André Riemekasten, Channel Sales Manager at Aspect. “The Aspect portfolio includes traditional contact centre technologies, workforce optimisation and back office integration software as well as social media, IVR and multichannel self-service solutions – on premise or in the Cloud. In partnering with MYCOM there will be a special focus on the Aspect solutions for multichannel routing, quality management and workforce management.
