  • Financial leverage arrangements
IT Support Icon Partner Enablement and Support
  • Sales, Pre-Sales, Implementation and Support Certifications
  • Establishment of lab and demo facilities
  • Adherence to Electronic Industry Code of Conduct
  • Availability of reporting and tracking systems for sales and service metrics
Customer Support Icon Customer Support
  • Formal Customer Support and Help Desk programs
  • Customer satisfaction assessments
  • Support contract renewal closures
  • Regular assessments of data center and networks
