Meet the Coaches

Michael Caviato

Michael’s three-decade career in workforce management and contact center operations spans a broad variety of industries, including finance, healthcare, banking, third party outsourcing, technical support, collections, and home security. As a Business Applications Consultant, Michael travels to dozens of contact centers a year assisting Aspect customers with a broad variety of workforce management and contact center needs.

Darin Epling

Darin has over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of roles in the contact center industry, including Operations, Workforce Management, Telephony and IT. He is currently serving as one of Aspect Software's Principal Business Application Consultants, focusing on Aspect Workforce Management, Aspect Performance Management and Aspect Via.

Bryan McCloud

Bryan has over 20 years of contact center experience as an agent, trainer, manager, subject matter expert, and dialer administrator. He specializes in omnichannel implementations and optimization of Aspect’s interaction management solutions including Aspect Via, Aspect Unified IP, and Advanced List Management.

Ray Thralls

Ray is passionate about empowering users with collaborative services which improve the customer experience. He’s worked extensively creating self-service solutions with the goal of increasing containment as well as utilizing omnichannel capabilities to drive the best customer experience. He’s also helped design end-to-end integrations around contact center technologies, providing a continuous, connected experience for the customer journey.

Jeremy McCall

Jeremy is a self-service enthusiast with 10+ years’ experience in omnichannel platform design and architecture. As a Solutions Consultant with Aspect Software, Jeremy has an eye for improving existing efficiencies, designing programmatic change, and leveraging extant customer data to its fullest.
