Aspect Software Announces Mihir Shah as Vice President of Corporate Development

Aspect Software, a leading provider of next generation call center software and enterprise workforce optimization, today introduced Mihir Shah as vice president of corporate development. Shah will be working in a cross-functional capacity on Aspect's long-term strategy, business development and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining Aspect, Mihir was with IBM in the Information Management Software Division with responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, and business development. In this role, he led acquisitions of both public and private firms and made critical contributions to due diligence and post-acquisition integration. He also developed a number of successful partnerships with other software vendors. Previously as a strategy consultant, also at IBM, he led several strategic initiatives with IBM's Software, Hardware and Sales & Distribution divisions.

Mihir holds an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
