If you need to separate your agents from your customer’s payment information, you may need a voice or mobile web app portal to automate these transactions.  Aspect has a pre-built self-service application that allows your customers to make payments in a secure environment separate from your contact center.

This service can be deployed as a completely voice-based implementation, or can  move the customer to a secure micro web application where they're guided through entering payment information on their mobile device instead of as a voice call. When the transaction is complete, the customer is sent back to the contact center agent so the transaction can continue as required based on the outcome of the payment transaction.
