Tom is responsible for the Aspect Cloud and Hosted service operations at Aspect. He is driving a strong focus on our customers and the delivery of best in class services.

Prior to joining Aspect, Tom held a number of senior engineering positions with Citrix Systems, Dell and Tata Communications where he built Dell’s Cloud Engineering Center of Excellence and delivered numerous cloud systems, software and solutions. He has been involved in multiple M&A activities and prior to TCL, Tom developed and ran global infrastructure for KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint. The early part of his career worked at a number of large financial institutions in the UK. He has significant experience as both a customer and services provider and has always focused on rapid delivery and a continuous improvement in customer services and enablement.

Tom studied Computing and Micro-electronic Engineering at Oxford Brookes University in the UK and is a veteran of the British Armed Forces.
