Senior Vice President of Aspect Customer Care
Gwen is responsible for creating and nurturing Aspect's customer-focused support culture that is empowering Aspect support personnel to quickly resolve technical issues and proactively communicate with customers. Gwen also manages Aspect's global Customer Experience program to ensure the voice of the customer feedback is captured and optimally integrated across all functions.
Gwen has been with the company for more than 10 years and most recently served as vice president of the customer experience. Prior to joining Aspect, Gwen held management and technical training positions at a number of leading companies, including the American Broadcasting Company (ABC).
Gwen earned a bachelor's degree in History from the University of California at Berkeley and a master's degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University.
