Leveraging his 30-plus years of technology experience and executive leadership, Chris has been the driving force behind Aspect’s transformation from an exclusively on-premises software company to a provider of market-leading, cloud-based customer engagement solutions. As CEO, Chris’s vision is guiding Aspect global customers in their adoption of emerging digital and automated technologies fundamental to meeting the omni-channel engagement demands of today’s consumers. With a focus on generating long term customer business impact, he oversees the alignment of Aspect's solutions and operational processes while ensuring quality across all areas of Aspect's business. Chris is committed to empowering Aspect employees and creating a great workplace grounded on the principles of respect, integrity, innovation – and having fun. Chris is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development and also earned a BSBA Marketing degree from the University of Arizona.
