Aspect Software, a leading provider of fully-integrated call center software applications, workforce optimization, and back office solutions, today announced the appointment of David Herzog as senior vice president and general manager of Voxeo. In his new role, Herzog leads the Voxeo business unit and its technology and people assets to drive a growth agenda that accelerates Aspect’s cloud services and lays the groundwork for future innovative hosted solutions.
Herzog, an 18-year Aspect senior leader, most recently served as senior vice president of Aspect Professional Services (APS), responsible for APS’ worldwide capabilities, processes, and people. Prior to that he held the position of vice president of Aspect Professional Services for North America where he led implementation services, solution consulting and innovation, and staff augmentation for Aspect customers. Additionally, he held sales leadership positions in North America and Asia Pacific.
