MyAspect is the entryway to Aspect Via Cloud Services and associated products, providing a variety of foundational facilities like Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)-based identity federation that enables secure, federated single sign-on (SSO).

My Aspect also provides an intuitive user interface for provisioning, allowing administrators to provide services to the user population as appropriate based on role-based persona profiles, including issuing API tokens to authorized developers.

Aspect Via Cloud Services offer connectivity and transport covering voice, SMS and data (via voice traffic or SIP). They also reap the benefit of uninterrupted, end-to-end data paths, eliminating boundaries between the customer’s providers and Aspect. Enterprises can make use of their own existing providers if they prefer.

What is Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)?

Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) is an XML-based, open-standard data format for exchanging authentication and authorization data between parties, in particular, between an identity provider and a service provider. The single most important requirement that SAML addresses is web browser single sign-on (SSO).

SAML, in additional to several other core cloud solution management capabilities, is provided on Aspect Via Cloud Services through the MyAspect portal.
