Golfbreaks.com shortlisted for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2014

Congratulations to our customer Golfbreaks.com, which has been shortlisted in the “Hospitality, Leisure and Entertainment” category at this year’s UK Customer Experience Awards!

 

Europe’s number one golfing holiday company was nominated for the work completed with Aspect over the last 12 months to ensure that Golfbreaks.com customers receive the best possible service at all times, with greater levels of customer satisfaction and better personalisation.

 

Golfbreaks.com provides a “one stop shop” service that saves golfers time and money, with more than 500,000 customers going on holidays and day trips with the company and sister firm Teeofftimes.co.uk in 2013. A further 15,000 customers used the group’s service to book spa breaks and spa days.
