Aspect Garners NASSCOM 'Innovation' Honour

Emerges as one of the leaders in NASSCOM top IT Innovators in India for 2009

CHELMSFORD, Mass., 17 May 2010 –Aspect, a global provider of unified communications (UC) and collaboration services and software, has been selected as a 2009 NASSCOM IT Innovator of the year for its six UC applications for the contact centre based on the Aspect® Unified IP® and PerformanceEdge® product platforms. This initiative is a part of NASSCOM’s thrust on ‘Innovation’; each year the industry body recognizes and showcases the top 50 Innovations in the IT-business process outsourcer (BPO) sector in India. This recognition is bestowed upon companies that have stood out and differentiated themselves in highly competitive, often adverse market conditions and carved a niche for themselves using breakthrough technological products and novel market initiatives.
