​A Multi-Tiered Opportunity for Distributors, Resellers and Referral Providers

​The Aspect Channel Partner Program enables a variety of channel organizations from value-added resellers and managed service providers to systems integrators and consulting firm to align their businesses with Aspect.

We value our partners' central and vital role as a component of our sales strategy and we count on them to make a significant contribution to our annual growth. Aspect's program invites participation at multiple levels and affords benefits to all participants.

​Depending upon the level of engagement, key benefits include:

  • Assigned Aspect partner manager.
  • Formal training and certification programs.
  • Tiered product discount structure with performance bonuses.
  • Joint marketing and demand creation programs.
  • Dedicated website with sales tools, marketing collateral and support resources.

Aspect has created a multi-tiered program that gives partners the opportunity to fully leverage their strengths and market expertise. The channel partner program is designed to recruit partners in three categories Distributor, Reseller and Referral Provider:

Distributor – A Distributor is a self-sufficient partner that manages the entire sales process, sub-licenses Aspect, resells hardware and performs direct services related to such that software and hardware, including project management, implementation and first level support.

Resellers – A Reseller is a partner that manages the entire product sales process, sub-licenses Aspect, resells hardware but does NOT sell or perform any services related to that software and hardware.

Referral Provider – A Referral Provider is a partner that provides Aspect with qualified business leads. Referral Providers are eligible for a referral fee and are required to engage in the initial stage of the sales process and to actively transfer the relationship over to Aspect, but Aspect bears the responsibility of bringing the sales process to closure.
