Aspect Alliance Partners offer a wide range of products and services that provide strategic value for our customers through the integration of specialized technology to our core products. All Alliance Partners have demonstrated a commitment to quality, financial strength, superior management and customer support. Aspect Alliance Partner integrations are subject to a stringent verification process to ensure that our customers experience a seamless, optimum user experience.

Annual Program Fees – Program fees are set in order for Aspect to offer the best possible relationship for you. These fees are required to help with administrative, marketing and technical support costs. Compliance testing will incur an additional charge.

Partnership Application – In order to join the Technology Partner Program, you must complete the application form. Aspect will review the application and then inform you as to whether you have been accepted and at what membership level.

Alliance Program Agreement – Upon acceptance, you must complete and sign the required agreements that shall govern the relationship. Aspect works with you to ensure that all documents are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Verification Testing – Members must complete the verification of their products with Aspect products within 90 days of the partnership contracts being signed.  Base partners must have a planned integration of 120 days. Verification drives the integrated solutions into the marketplace by solidifying the technical readiness of these solutions.

Maintain Verification on New Releases – As partners release new versions of products, they must ensure that the new products maintain interoperability with Aspect solutions. The interoperability must be demonstrated within 90 days of each release. In addition, when Aspect modifies its API interface, partners may be required to re-test their products against the new interface. The interoperability must be maintained within 90 days of general availability of the modified API.

Assign Business and Technical Contacts – Partners must name a business and technical contact as Aspect's primary contacts.
